Lonsdaleite Capital exists to keep real estate transactions moving. We fund the A–B leg of double closings for wholesalers and investors, and we give title companies and closing attorneys a funder they can verify and reach.
The name
Lonsdaleite is the hardest material known on Earth. It forms only under extreme pressure, the kind found where a meteorite strikes the ground. That is the moment we named the company after: when a deal is under pressure and the clock is running out, the response has to be harder than the problem.

Jason Vadas
Owner
Jason Vadas is the founder of Lonsdaleite Capital. His work in real estate development and construction management across the Greater Toronto Area gave him a close view of how often a good deal gets held up by timing, not merit — a buyer ready to close, a wholesaler ready to move, and no same-day capital to bridge the gap between them. He started Lonsdaleite Capital to close that gap directly: funding the double closings that let wholesalers, investors, and title companies complete both legs of a transaction on schedule, without the wholesaler needing to bring their own cash to the table. Jason brings the same operational discipline from development work — permitting, due diligence, cost tracking — to how Lonsdaleite Capital underwrites and funds every deal.

Lev G is a real estate professional experienced in double closings. He has worked on both sides of transactions, and co-founded Lonsdaleite Capital with Jason Vadas, focusing on practical, deal driven investing.
