You buy from the seller (the A-B leg) with our capital. Your end buyer buys from you (the B-C leg) with theirs. Both legs close through one title company, with one funding desk, on the same day. Your contract price stays between you and us.

How fast can a deal be funded?
Once the file is approved and the title company has our proof of funds, the A-B leg is funded by wire on closing day. Submit early and the funding desk works to your closing date.
What does transactional funding cost?
Pricing depends on the deal. We confirm the exact fee for your transaction in writing before you commit.
Do you pull credit or require a personal guarantee?
Funding is underwritten to the transaction: the A-B contract, the B-C contract and the end buyer’s verified funds. Ask the funding desk about anything specific to your situation when you submit.
Does my end buyer need to be under contract before I submit?
You can submit as soon as you have the A-B contract. Funding is approved once the B–C contract and the end buyer’s funds are verified.
How does the title company verify your funds?
We issue proof of funds directly to your title company or closing attorney, and they can confirm it with our funding desk directly.
Can a title company partner with you before having a file?

What happens if the B-C leg is delayed?
Tell the funding desk as soon as a date moves. We coordinate the A-B timing with the title company so both legs still close together.
